You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or access point to our services.
You agree not to misuse, hack, or interfere with our platform, software, or systems.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, logos, and materials provided by Trinade Technologies are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or software.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.
5. Payments & Fees
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the project contract or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise specified.
6. Project Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change based on scope changes, dependencies, and client responsiveness.
Delays caused by the client (e.g. slow feedback or late content delivery) may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
7. Warranty & Support
We provide warranty and support as specified in your service agreement or project contract.
Unless stated otherwise, the standard warranty covers bug fixes for 30 days post-deployment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trinade Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or any project agreement.
You may also terminate services with prior notice, subject to cancellation fees (if any) as per contract.
10. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or use third-party software or APIs in your solution. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or legal compliance of third-party tools.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
12. Changes to Terms
Trinade Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
